happy to go over them with you.
Placement of advertising ads
is at the sole discretion of the Publisher, and specific locations cannot be
guaranteed.
There are discounts available for
advertising runs lasting 13 weeks or longer.
The front page advertisements are a
specific size and ad placement on the front page is determined by seniority
by continuous time advertising in TIDBITS®936. These ads are all designed with
'Spot' Color and are rotated on a weekly basis.
The restrictions placed by the franchising company, Tidbits Media, Inc. for
the paper, limit the front page ads to the specific sizing on
either side of the informational printing. The informational printing on the
remaining pages may be adjusted to either the right or left and allows for the
larger ads up to a full page in width. And now with the ability to add
inserted pages, you can expand your ad size on the middle pages to any size
you like, including a full 20w"x 16h" center spread.
Every effort will be made to accommodate every advertiser in making sure
that their ad is in a location where they requested.
However, due to the limitations for ad placement by the franchising company,
Tidbits Media, Inc. and for the placement of certain special features that
are vital in making TIDBITS®936 what it is, advertising may be relocated as required.
Advertising space on the Front Page is very limited and at a higher
rate. Eligibility or placement of advertising on the Front Page is
determined by continuous advertising seniority.

TIDBITS®936 is owned and published by J.J. and Nan Kennedy
doing business as JN96 Enterprises in Huntsville, Texas. The sale of
advertising, design of ads, and distribution of the paper is done by J.J. and the
layout of the text and ads to formulate the paper is done by Nan. In July of 2005, we added Jimmy Holleman to the distribution staff.
If you have any questions or comments, please be sure to contact us, we
work for you.
TIDBITS®936 is a locally owned, locally
distributed entertainment tabloid offering readers light and interesting
reading and advertisers a unique vessel to reach multiple target
markets. 3,000 copies of the paper are distributed on a weekly basis to over
100 locations throughout the Walker County area and regularly read by
everyone from the students at HHS and Sam Houston State, the employees of TDCJ-ID,
the business owners in Walker County, their employees, and residents of
several of the retirement communities in the greater Huntsville Area.
During the distribution each week, a log is maintained and computer
records are kept, showing how many papers are placed at each location and
how many are returned from the prior weeks delivery. The return rate is
calculated each week and every effort is made to maintain it below 15%. Any time that it is
determined that a larger percentage of available papers are being returned each
week, an adjustment is made to the delivery totals and the additional papers
are moved to a more advantageous location.
TIDBITS®936 is published each week and every
effort is made to have the 3000 papers delivered to the over 100
locations
throughout
Trinity, and Walker County by early each Wednesday afternoon.
Submissions for new advertising and changes to existing ads must be
received before the close of business, 5:00pm central time, on the Friday
prior to the week of appearance.
